Questions about a number on the board, how it is measured, a correction, or privacy — write to us. We read everything.
What to write to us about
- A number that looks wrong — the most useful message you can send us.
- How a particular rate is measured, or which sources stand behind it.
- A source we should be watching and are not.
- Press, research and data enquiries.
- Privacy and data-protection requests.
Reporting a number that looks wrong
We would rather hear about it than not. To let us check quickly, tell us:
- Which number — the currency or metal, and the figure you saw on the page.
- What you believe it should be, and where you saw that (a dealer, a market, another site).
- Roughly when you looked. Every value on the board carries its own timestamp, so that tells us which cycle to examine.
What we cannot help with
So as not to waste your time:
- We do not buy, sell or exchange currency, gold or anything else, and we cannot arrange it for you.
- The figures here are a measured consensus, not a price you can trade against. A dealer's counter price will differ.
- We do not give investment or financial advice, and we cannot tell you whether to buy or sell.
- We do not recommend individual dealers or exchange offices.
How we handle corrections
When you report a number, we go back to the sources behind it and re-check the cycle it came from. If the figure was wrong, we correct it and the value carries the timestamp of the cycle that fixed it — we do not quietly overwrite history. If the figure was right and simply differs from what you saw, we will explain where the difference comes from: our number is a consensus across independent sources, so it rarely matches any single one of them exactly.
This address is also the channel for privacy and data-protection requests described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Dawwama publishes reference rates for information only and does not buy, sell or exchange currency or gold.
